We're moving! A new chapter for Ontrack

We’re excited to share some big news — OnTrack Health & Performance is moving to a new home.

From Saturday 1 August 2026, all appointments will take place at:

This move marks an important step forward for us, and for the experience we offer every patient who walks through our doors.

Why We’re Moving

We'll be honest, moving clinic location was not on our bingo card for this year! When the opportunity came up to move into this central Sale location, we just had to take it.

Our mission has always been simple: deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based physiotherapy services and from that point of view, nothing changes.

As demand for our services has grown, so has the need for a space that supports that mission even more effectively.

The new clinic inside Sale Leisure Centre gives us several important benefits:

Disability Access

We are proud to say we are now fully wheelchair accessible. It was always a concern having a physio clinic on the first floor. Now we have entry, improved mobility support, and a more inclusive environment for every patient.

More Appointment Availability

With an additional clinic room, we can offer more appointment times — making it easier for you to get the care you need, when you need it.

Use of the Leisure Centre Gym Facilities

Our new location gives us full access to the gym facilities within Sale Leisure Centre. This opens the door to enhanced rehabilitation, strength training, and performance‑focused sessions in a fully equipped environment.

Right in the Heart of Sale Town Centre

Being based in the centre of Sale means better transport links, easier access, and a more convenient experience for patients travelling from across Greater Manchester.

Reception team

When you arrive for your appointment you will be greeted by the lovely Leisure Centre team and shown to your appointment, making for a smoother experience at OnTrack.

What This Means for You

If you already have an appointment booked after 1 August, it will automatically take place at our new clinic inside Sale Leisure Centre. There’s nothing you need to do — your booking, clinician, and treatment plan all remain exactly the same.

Parking & Access   Sale Leisure Centre offers on‑site parking and easy access from Broad Road. We recommend arriving a few minutes early for your first visit so you can get familiar with the new entrance and layout.

A Smooth Transition

We’ve planned this move carefully to ensure there’s no disruption to your care. Over the coming days, you’ll see updates across our website, booking system, social media, and email communications. Our goal is to make the transition seamless, clear, and stress‑free.
