What type of treatments do you provide?
We offer a range of services alongside physiotherapy to support your health and fitness. Additional services include; manual therapy, sports massage, acupuncture, exercise rehabilitation, strength and conditioning and lactate testing. What conditions do you treat?
We are well equipped to treat a range of conditions including but not limited to; pre and post operative rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions and injuries, day-to-day pains, sports injuries and specifically running related injuries. Simply book an initial consultation to discuss your needs and if for any reason we are not able to assist, we will be sure to refer you in the right direction.
How do I book an appointment?
Use our easy booking system to choose the service you need and simply select a date/time that suits you, with no deposit! You will receive a confirmation email and payment is taken at your appointment.
What can I expect from my my first appointment?
Initial assessments consist of a discussion where a physiotherapist will get to know more about you and the problem or pain. Following this, we will complete a thorough physical assessment before forming an informed diagnosis and discussing the treatment options with you. We really value that every individual is different and each condition requires a different approach too. You will always be put at the centre and in control of any treatment plan
Do you specialise in any specific areas of physiotherapy?
Yes, we specialise in running injuries as it is our passion. However, given our wide range of experience, we excel in many areas of physiotherapy and can treat a diverse range of conditions. You can read more about our physician's background here: meet your physio.
What is a Chartered Physiotherapist?
Chartered Physiotherapy is a protected title. A chartered physiotherapist is a healthcare professional who has completed a degree in physiotherapy and is registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC). They are also members of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). This ensures our clinicians are held to a high quality standards by the HCPC and you can feel safe in the knowledge you are being treated by a highly qualified professional.
Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No, you can book an appointment directly with us.
Our physiotherapist, Marcus, is qualified as a First Contact Practitioner, meaning he is trained to work within a GP practise and screen for serious pathology as a GP would do. Due to our experience, we are also able to take on patients who have been/currently are under the care of the NHS service. Therefore we welcome all patients.
Do you work with private insurance companies?

Do you have free parking?
Yes, there is free parking on the building forecourt or free street parking.
Do you offer home visits?
​Yes we offer home visits and online appointments.
Unfortunately, our clinic is not currently fully accessible. However, we remain passionate about providing access to healthcare for everyone. Therefore we do offer discounted rates on our home visit service for blue badge holders and people who are unable to access our clinic. Please contact us for further details.
How does virtual physiotherapy work?
Much of physiotherapy involved hands-on assessment and treatment but it is still very effective virtually or online as we can provide expert advice on the management of the condition as well as sending you resources and exercises to get you back to your best. With our online assessment, diagnosis and treatment you still receive our high-quality service as standard. Find out more

Yes, we have a loyalty card which provides discounts and gifts for our returning sports massage clients. Simply pick up a card on your next visit and start collecting stamps.
