Using VALD ForceDecks and dynamometry, we measure left‑right differences in strength, power, mobility, and landing mechanics. We'll show you precisely where imbalances lie and how you can reduce or correct them

We benchmark your strength, power, and asymmetry scores against VALD normative data for your age, sex, and specific sport. You’ll see exactly where you stand and where you can improve.
