New clinic opening hours

We’re making a small adjustment to our clinic hours here at On Track Physiotherapy – and it’s for a great reason!

Updated Opening Hours

As of this month, our new opening hours are:

• Monday: 8:00am – 8:00pm

• Friday: 8:00am – 6:00pm

• Saturday: 8:00am – 3:00pm

  
  

These changes are to accommodate Physiotherapist Marcus' exciting new role in the NHS as a First Contact Practitioner (FCP) – a fantastic step forward in his physiotherapy career.

What is a First Contact Practitioner (FCP)?

First Contact Practitioners are highly trained physiotherapists who work directly in GP practices. They are musculoskeletal (MSK) specialists, meaning they have the expertise to assess, diagnose, and manage MSK conditions, without patients needing to see a GP first.

This role improves access to care, reduces waiting times, and ensures that patients with joint, muscle, or bone issues get the right support from the outset.

Marcus is now bringing that same clinical excellence to local NHS patients, while continuing to see private clients here at On Track.

What this means for ontrack.

This new job role will improve our current high quality of care and service as Marcus continues to progress in his career. Many clients attend private physiotherapy clinics directly, without a GP referral. Seeing a specialist Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist ensures thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis and effective treatment plans.

We will always endevour to provide appointments outside of our normal opening hours, please get in touch if our opening hours and appointments are not convenient for you.
